Terms of Service

Last updated October 28, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OutReachlo (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on that company's behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.

1. What OutReachlo is

OutReachlo is an email outreach and lead-management tool. It lets you connect your own email account(s) to send campaigns to leads you provide or collect, track replies in a unified inbox, verify email addresses before sending, optionally generate content with AI assistance, and -- for supported niches -- download companion desktop scraper tools gated to an active subscription. Features available to your account may depend on your subscription/account status.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including campaigns sent from any email account you connect.
  • New signups may require administrator approval before the account becomes active, at our discretion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Connecting your own email accounts

OutReachlo sends campaign emails through the SMTP/IMAP account(s) you connect -- your Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Zoho, or other custom mailbox. By connecting an account, you confirm you're authorized to send email through it and to grant OutReachlo access to send on your behalf and read it for reply correlation as described in our Privacy Policy.

Deliverability and sender reputation for campaigns you send are your responsibility. Because campaigns go out through your own connected domain/account, whether your mail lands in the inbox or gets flagged as spam depends on your domain's own SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration, your sending volume, and your recipients' engagement -- not on OutReachlo's infrastructure. We provide a basic automated check that flags common domain-authentication gaps, but we don't control or guarantee deliverability outcomes for mail sent through accounts you own.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable anti-spam law (e.g., CAN-SPAM, CASL, UK/EU PECR/GDPR marketing rules, and Pakistan's PECA) in the jurisdictions you target.
  • Send content that is fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Upload, import, or scrape contact data you are not legally entitled to use for outreach.
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription gating, rate limits, or the security of the Service or another user's data.
  • Use the Service to distribute malware or to interfere with the operation of the Service or third-party mail systems.

You're solely responsible for the content of your campaigns and replies, and for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach, including obtaining any consent or providing any opt-out mechanism required in the jurisdictions you email into.

5. AI-assisted content

AI-generated campaign drafts and auto-replies are produced by third-party AI models (currently Google Gemini, with Groq as a fallback) and are provided as a starting point only. You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it's sent, whether reviewed manually or sent automatically via a feature you enabled -- AI output can be inaccurate, and enabling automatic sending means messages go out without your per-message review.

6. Scraper tools

Downloadable scraper tools (such as the FMCSA SAFER scraper) run entirely on your own machine and are made available only to accounts with an active subscription/account status. Data these tools collect from public third-party sources is subject to that source's own terms of use; you're responsible for using scraped data in compliance with applicable law.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Certain features (such as scraper downloads) are gated to accounts in good standing. Pricing, billing cycle, and payment processing details -- including the payment gateway used for a given market -- will be presented at the time a paid plan is introduced and are incorporated into these Terms by reference once active. As of the date above, no live payment processing is integrated into the Service; this section will be updated before any payment gateway goes live.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure -- including Supabase (hosting/database/auth), your connected email provider, and AI providers used for content generation -- to operate. We're not responsible for outages, data handling, or policy changes on the part of these third parties, beyond our obligations in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. On termination, we'll handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that campaigns sent through the Service will be delivered, opened, or avoid spam filtering, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate for your use case.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutReachlo and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service -- including damages arising from email deliverability, third-party AI output, or third-party account compromise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; for material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active users. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable local law requires otherwise.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@outreachlo.com.
